NRR is a thermochemical process in which organic materials are subjected to thermal cracking at elevated temperatures and in an OXYGEN-FREE environment.

At the end of the process, fixed carbon and volatile substances in organic materials are separated by two different fuels. The liquid and gaseous form is then obtained by volatile condensation. Our NRR technology roughly converts large molecules into smaller molecules of gas, liquid, and solid.

Our NRR plant and technology can process various raw materials for different purposes.

All kinds of clean industrial plastic wastes, industrial clean cable wastes. Since it is a self-contained system, it does not need external fuel. Our NRR technology works with the principle of zero waste. All outputs of the system are salable products. Since it does not produce waste, it does not bring waste disposal costs. It is suitable for all kinds of waste with high or low thermal value.

At the end of the process, fixed carbon and volatile substances in organic materials are separated. Two different fuels in the liquid and gaseous state are then obtained by condensation of the volatile matter.
